The thermal springs in Zhemchug are located on the bank of the Irkut River. In the 50s and 80s of the last century, oil was sought in this area and two deep wells were drilled. The water in them is unique in the world in terms of composition: methane, carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, and radon. Bathing in a hot pool in severe Siberian cold will not leave anyone indifferent.
