Bolshoye Goloustnoye is a small village on the western shore of Baikal, with a population of just under 600 people, founded in 1673. One of the first settlers here was a Buryat called Sogril, but later, when the Russians arrived in these parts, the Buryats moved to other places and now there are hardly any of them here.
In Bolshoye Goloustnoye, there is practically no snow, so the ice on the lake is clean, and 200 meters from the shore and beyond, it is as smooth as glass. Ideal for skating.
In winter, there is arguably the most beautiful ice on Baikal here because it is here that we will see the world-famous bubbles!

10:00-12:30 Transfer to Bolshoye Goloustnoye Village
13:00-14:00 Lunch
14:00 - 17:00 Walking, taking photos, skating!
And for active tourists, there is an opportunity to climb a mountain (1-1.5 hours)
