On March 4–5, 2025, the 5th Central Asian Conference of the Valdai International Discussion Club was held in Irkutsk, at Baikal Hotel, part of the major tourism holding Eastland. The conference focused on the theme: “Russia and Central Asia: Cooperation in a Multipolar World.”

This annual event, dedicated to analyzing current challenges and opportunities for regional collaboration, was held for the first time on the shores of Lake Baikal, one of Siberia’s most iconic landmarks.

Student Training Event “School of Active Leaders”
Baikal Hotel became the venue for a unique educational event for students — the “School of Active Leaders.”

BAIKAL BUSINESS CAMP
From December 13 to 15, our hotel hosted the Baikal Business Camp organized by Svetlana Tumanova — a dynamic event for entrepreneurs and managers from the Irkutsk region. 🔥
For three days, top business leaders sharpened their skills in marketing, sales, and team building, working with outstanding speakers to boost their personal and business growth.
And of course, participants didn’t just work hard — they also enjoyed their time at the hotel. A special highlight was the festive evening banquet in the style of a “New Year’s School Party” 🎊
